General terms and conditions
§1 Scope
These general conditions apply to all business relations between Idyllicoasis – Surf e Fitness Academy Unipessoal LDA

Managing Director: Sascha Osterwald, and the camp participant. Surf & Fitness Academy does not recognize conflicting conditions or conditions that deviate from these GTC and hereby expressly contradicts them.
§2 Authority to issue instructions
The trainer and camp staff is entitled to issue instructions to the participant in individual cases, insofar as this is necessary to maintain orderly operations.
§3 Performance description
The participant must abide by the house rules, if this is not the case, he can be denied participation in the camp.
§4 Health
Idyllicoasis – Surf e Fitness Academy Unipessoal LDA advises all individuals who wish to use the services of Surf & Fitness Academy to have their fitness for sport checked by a doctor of their choice. For the surf courses it is strongly required that the participant can swim. Surf & Fitness Academy is not liable for health damages or injuries.
§5 Payment
The participation fee must be paid at the time of camp registration. The contributions include the statutory value-added tax of 19%.
§6 Damage cases
Idyllicoasis – Surf e Fitness Academy Unipessoal LDA is not liable for the loss of valuables or damage to property, unless this occurred due to gross negligence or intentional behavior. Any property damage incurred is to be borne by the party causing the damage. Idyllicoasis – Surf e Fitness Academy Unipessoal LDA and its employees are liable for physical damage to members only in the case of intentional conduct within the limits of the law.
§7 Cancellation
See cancellation policy. Postponement of the booking period is possible by arrangement.
§8 Data protection
The member authorizes Idyllicoasis – Surf e Fitness Academy Unipessoal LDA to use photographs and video footage of camp proceedings for promotional purposes. We would like to point out that the photos can be accessed worldwide when published on the Internet. A further use of these photos by third parties can therefore not be generally excluded.
§9 Jurisdiction, Final Provisions
The laws of the Portuguese Republic shall apply exclusively to this Contract/TCS. The place of jurisdiction is Portimao, Portugal. The possible invalidity of individual provisions does not generally affect the entire contract. Instead of the invalid regulations, the law applies. If the law does not contain a suitable statement, a statutory provision shall apply which would be closest to the facts and an agreement presumably concluded for this case. Amendments and supplements to this contract must be made in writing.
