For the surf courses it is strongly required that the participant can swim. Surf &amp; Fitness Academy is not liable for health damages or injuries.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1c90601 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1c90601\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u00a75 Payment<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b961bd5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b961bd5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The participation fee must be paid at the time of camp registration. Any property damage incurred is to be borne by the party causing the damage. We would like to point out that the photos can be accessed worldwide when published on the Internet. A further use of these photos by third parties can therefore not be generally excluded.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6697499 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6697499\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u00a79 Jurisdiction, Final Provisions<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2cb2677 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2cb2677\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The laws of the Portuguese Republic shall apply exclusively to this Contract\/TCS. The place of jurisdiction is Portimao, Portugal. The possible invalidity of individual provisions does not generally affect the entire contract. Instead of the invalid regulations, the law applies. If the law does not contain a suitable statement, a statutory provision shall apply which would be closest to the facts and an agreement presumably concluded for this case.
