The first time you stand on the board, you will feel indescribable. You will never forget this moment. After a hearty breakfast at the surf camp, our beach transfer will take you to the best surf locations in the Portuguese Algarve. Our surf coaches will explain the most important basics to you on the beach and after a few dry exercises you will be taken into the water with your board. We guarantee you’ll be having a lot of fun!
In our surf camp, surf lessons are offered daily in small groups up to max. 20 participants. Our coaches will take your individual previous experience into account. Beginners as well as seasoned surfers experience exciting days on the beach. The lessons start with small warm-up exercises followed by dry training, and then we’ll finally head into the waves. Board and surf suit will be provided free of charge during your stay.
Surfing is fun and relaxing at the same time: you feel the endless expanse of the sea and the salty air blows into your face. When surfing, you do not only train your fitness, but also your patience, concentration and endurance. The most important surf fitness exercises are called Power Paddle, Take Off Pushups, Take Off Knee Crunch and Indo Balance. These exercises are trained to keep you on the surfboard despite the unstable surface. Around 5 pm, you’ll be exhausted but happy on your way back to the camp. A rich dinner awaits there.
Our camp is ideally located so that we can head for the west or south coast depending on the weather. Among our popular spots are: Aljezur, Amado, Sagres, Raia de Rocka and others.
