In the morning you are woken up by the coach and before you can say “coffee” there is a first workout. Afterwards you will have a rich and healthy breakfast, which will strengthen you for the rest of the day. Several training sessions follow. We attach great importance to a varied sports programme and a diet suitable for athletes. After a powerful day you deserve to cool off in our natural swimming pond and end the evening with a barbecue.
