In the morning you will be woken up by the coach and before you can say “coffee” there is a first workout. Afterwards you will have a rich and healthy breakfast, which will strengthen you for the rest of the day. This is followed by varied training sessions spread throughout the day with elements of cross-fit, strength and endurance training. In addition to the sports program, excursions, beach workouts, yoga, surfing taster lessons, massages and much more await you. The evening will end in a convivial team round with a barbecue and chilling together.
